Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

BioSkm provides digital educational content, test series, and preparation materials. By purchasing a premium subscription or unlocking exam content, you are granted immediate access to digital assets. Due to the inherent nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a purchase is completed and the digital content is unlocked within your account, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits. Please review the course or test details carefully before making a payment.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel or delete your BioSkm account at any time through the app settings. However, cancellation of an account will not result in a refund for previously purchased digital goods or unused subscription time.

4. Technical Failures & Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of a payment gateway failure where your account is debited but the premium content is not unlocked, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will manually verify the transaction and unlock your content. If we are unable to provide the digital service due to an internal system failure, a refund may be initiated at our sole discretion, which will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
