BioSkm grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal educational preparation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content. Automated scraping or extraction of our test questions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. BioSkm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
All content within BioSkm, including but not limited to questions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BioSkm and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
All payments made through the App are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partners. Prices for premium content are subject to change. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for rules regarding digital purchases.
BioSkm is an educational tool provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific exam results or scores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioSkm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
